INTRODUCTION
How remarkable the word empowerment is! Yes the word women are very powerful and the term women empowerment is precious. Many people think women get freedom but still women struggle a lot in domestic violence, dropout of education, physical and mental abuse. All the girls are educated but not equally to men, they are pushing towards marriage and there they facing the complication of dowry. Women rely on men to go outside. But now women started to ask for their own rights and work in all sectors. Women empowerment is a crucial thing for the development of our nation. Women go outside and meet a lot of people, share their thoughts on work places and create their own identity. /Nowadays women are in a major role as higher authorities in our own country to take our country to the next level.
The women start to explore different countries and gain more and more knowledge. They stand strongly on our border to protect their own family as well as families of our nation. Government supports the female child to educate by lots of schemes such as :
● Beti Bachao Beti Padhao(BBBP):
1. It was established in the year of 2015.
2. Beti Bachao Beti means 'Save the girl child and educate the girl child '.
3. The scheme has been funded up to 100 crores.
● Sukanya Samriddhi yojana(SSY):
1. This scheme encourages the girl children to save money for their future education.
2. The account can be opened before the age of 10.
3. This scheme requires a minimum deposit amount of 250.
● Balika Samriddhi yojana(BSY):
1. It was established in the year of 1997.
2. It helps the poor girl child.
3. This scheme leads to a better life for girl children and promotes contribution to
society.
● Ladli Laxmi yojna(LLY):
1. It was implemented in Madhya Pradesh on the date of April 1 ,2007.
2. This scheme aims to improve the female population.
3. It helps for the children in Madhya Pradesh.
● CBSE Udaan scheme(CUS):
1. It is introduced by the central board of secondary education .
2. This scheme helps for higher education.
Family Empowerment and honor:
The father and brother in the family supports the girl's education, empowering her to achieve her goals. Men and women equally share their work and lead their family life happily. In order to honor and empower women, International Women’s Day (IWD) is celebrated annually on March 8t,National Women’s Empowerment day is observed on August 14th, International Day for Elimination of Racial Discrimination on March 21st.
EDUCATION:
1. In society, girls and women have equal access to high-quality education as boys and men.
2. The most effective way for women to become self-sufficient and make valuable contributions to society is through education.
3. Education supports equal rights and opportunities for all genders by assisting women in dispelling damaging gender stereotypes.
4. Women's legal and human rights can be better understood through education.
Rights and Protection:
Our government supports women to protect them by creating opportunities in education and the workplace…
Rights in property:
Women have equal Rights in property. It helps for her economic independence and security.
Laws for anti-discrimination:
Women experience a great deal of discrimination at home, at work, and even in higher education. Therefore, our government passed a legislation prohibiting discrimination against women.
Protection against Violence:
This law helps the women to protect against sexual harassment, domestic violence.
Acts against sexual harassment:
1. Women being sexually harassed at work
2. Penal Code of India (IPC)
3. The Children's Protection from Sexual Offenses Act
4. The Act on Information Technology
5. The Act on Domestic Violence
Global Empowerment of women:

● UNESCO:
1. The girls facing barriers of education . For the need of education UNESCO
provides it for all girls.
2. It also tries to provide equal education for both genders.
3. It develops women’s skills and adult education.
● Economic Empowerment:
1. It gives a small amount of loan to women for their financial independence.
2. The International Labour Organization (ILO) provides security and support for women in the workplace.
3. It helps low-wage women.
● Health development:
1. Organizations like WHO and NGO are help to develop the physical health of women.
2. It addresses the issue of gender based problems like maternal mortality, menstrual health and cancer.
CONCLUSION
In every setting and circumstance, women's empowerment is crucial. Our civilization advances when we prioritize equality and education. In support of women's emancipation, the women now bid adieu to pointless conversation and greet one another. Handle the women as you would.
