DARKNET-The Unseen Layer of the Internet

  INTRODUCTION      The DARKNET is a segment of the internet that operates on encrypted, private networks designed to provide anonymity to its users. Unlike the surface web, which is accessible through traditional browsers and indexed by search engines, the darknet requires specific software and  configurations to access its content.      Whenever someone searches for text or images using commercial search engines like Google, Bing, or Yahoo, they are presented with links to thousands, or even millions, of web pages within seconds. However, these results represent only about 4-5% of the total information available online. Surprising, isn't it? It's comparable to gazing at the stars in the night sky— what you see is just a small fraction of the vast cosmos.
